All sales are final. Every purchase from Allied Health Academy and its affiliated or associated companies is final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason. This policy applies to every product and service we sell, without exception.

Once payment is submitted — including through Stripe, invoice, or any other payment method — you receive immediate or ongoing access to program materials, digital content, or enrollment benefits, and we incur non-recoverable costs.

By enrolling, checking out, submitting payment, or otherwise purchasing from us, you expressly agree that all sales are final. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this policy may result in suspension of access and other remedies permitted by law.

• Certification and training programs, tuition, and enrollment fees
• Installment plans, payment plans, and recurring or subscription charges
• Digital products, study bundles, guides, and downloadable materials
• Exam preparation tools, practice exams, and supplemental resources
• Deposits, seat holds, and reservation fees
• Employer-sponsored, invoiced, or third-party-paid enrollments
• Add-ons, exam vouchers, equipment bundles, and promotional offers

Program descriptions, pricing, and availability may change before purchase. The price, product description, and policies displayed at checkout at the time you complete payment apply to that transaction.

Access to digital materials and program content is granted upon payment confirmation unless otherwise stated at checkout.

By providing your contact information to us, you consent to receive communications from Allied Health Academy and its affiliated or associated companies at any time using the phone number, email address, or other contact details you provide.

These communications may relate to enrollment, programs, products, billing, customer support, reminders, and related educational or promotional offers.

Enrollment grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access materials for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute program content without written permission.

Our programs are designed for educational purposes. Completion of a program does not guarantee employment, certification exam results, or licensure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allied Health Academy and its affiliated companies are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
